Today’s guest is James Gonzalez, President and Chief Executive Office of Broadway House for Continuing Care in Newark, the state’s only specialized long term care facility for people living with HIV/AIDS. Over the past 39 years, Jim has held executive positions in academic health centers, community hospitals and long-term care facilities in New York and New Jersey. He began managing Broadway House in 1999 and 18 years later, still serves as its CEO.
